1. Introduction
1.1 Classics For A Cause Trade Promotion Prize Draws are conducted by the Classics For A Cause Pty Ltd 636 124 162 (‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’). The Trade Promotion Prize Draws are conducted as part of a Trade Promotion.
1.2 These Prize Draw Terms & Conditions apply to this Prize Draw.
1.3 Our General Terms & Conditions apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and definitions used in the General Terms & Conditions also apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.
1.4 For the purposes of these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Commencement Date” 30th March 2023
“Closing Date” 4th May 2023
“Draw Date” the date after the Closing Date – 5th May 2023
“General Terms & Conditions” means the General Terms & Conditions for Trade Promotion Prize Draws conducted by us, which are available on our website.

“Prize Draw” means the prize draw being conducted from the Commencement Date until the Closing Date with the Prize being awarded on the Draw Date.
”Prize Draw Terms & Conditions” means, for this Prize Draw, this document.
“Trade Promotion Package” means, for this Prize Draw, the following:
- Bronze package – which includes 1 week access to our membership portal and the promotional giveaway allows them 1 FREE entry into the Prize Draw.
- Silver package – which includes 1 month access to our membership portal and the promotional giveaway allows them 4 FREE entries into the Prize Draw.
- Gold package – which includes 3 months access to our membership portal and the promotional giveaway allows them 12 FREE entries into the Prize Draw.
- Platinum package – which includes 6 months access to our membership portal and the promotional giveaway allows them 40 FREE entries into the Prize Draw.
- Diamond package – which includes 12 months access to our membership portal and the promotional giveaway allows them 100 FREE Entries into the Prize draw
- Ultimate package – which includes 24 months access to our membership portal and the promotional giveaway allows them 300 FREE Entries into the Prize draw
1.5 These Prize Draw Terms & Conditions apply to all free entries into the Prize Draw and we reserve the right to change the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, and the General Terms & Conditions, at any time without notice subject to relevant state/territory legislation approval by posting such changes on our website www.classicsforacause.com.au.
1.6 The laws of the relevant state/territories in which the Prize Draw is conducted apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions.
1.7 By entering into the Prize Draw you agree to abide by these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, the General Terms & Conditions and any amendments as posted to our website.
1.8 If any of these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions or the General Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the terms and conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.
2. Conditions of Entry
2.1 Entry into this giveaway is obtained through our website https://classicsforacause.com.au/
2.2 This Prize Draw will open at 12:01am AEST on the Commencement Date and close at 11:59pm AEST on the Closing Date.
2.3 Entry into this giveaway is available only to persons with access to Classics For A Causes Discount platform or to person’s who have acquired access to this platform at any time, between the start and end of this giveaway.
2.4 A person wishing to enter the Prize Draw must purchase a Trade Promotion Package, providing access to our discount platform, and correctly complete the details required at the time of purchase (“Entry Details”’) between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.
2.5 The person whose details are provided with the Entry Details will be the person to whom any prizes will be transferred and that is deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions.
3. Prize Draw and Transfer of prizes
3.1 The Prize Draw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST on the Draw Date. The prize will be drawn at 32 Wright Place, Algester QLD 4115; with the draw being broadcast via livestream on Classic For A Cause’s Facebook & Instagram pages.
3.2 The winner(s) will be contacted within 2 business days by email or phone and will be published on our website and our social media pages. All winners and information will be available on https://classicsforacause.com.au/. Winners information will be published on our homepage at https://classicsforacause.com.au/ on 9th May 2023.
3.3 The relevant Prize will be delivered to the winner(s) within 30 business dates of the Draw Date unless otherwise agreed between the winner(s) and us.
3.4 We will cover all delivery costs relevant to the winner’s state or territory if in Australia however we will not cover insurance costs, stamp duty and transfer. The prize is provided as is and we do not make any modifications to the vehicle at the winners request.
If the prize is unclaimed for longer than the period of 90 days from the initial draw. We will conduct a redraw and a new winner will be announced 90 days after the initial draw is conducted. Any prizes requiring a re-draw will be conducted and published on our website, Facebook page and Instagram Page. Every effort will be made to contact the winner several times via email, phone calls and text, The redraw will be very unlikely to occur but in the circumstance that it does – it will occur at 32 Wright Place, Algester QLD 4115, at 12pm AEST on 3rd August 2023.
You must be over the age of 18 to enter this Trade promotion.
4. Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund on their purchases up until the end of the giveaway closing date. All requests are subject to approval at the discretion of Classics For A Cause Pty Ltd. All refunded packages will have the associated free entries allocated to that package invalidated and removed from the draw. If an invalid entry is drawn as the winner of the giveaway, the customer holding that refunded invalid entry has no legal claim to receive the prize; and the giveaway will be redrawn immediately; this only applies to the invalidated free entries, additional free entries obtained by the customers through the acquisition of packages for our discount platform, are still potentially valid. Refund requests received after the end of the closing day for this draw will NOT be processed as a general rule. Special exceptions may be granted by Classics For A Cause; however, these exceptions will be rare. No partial refunds will be granted, at any time, for any reason.

6. Other Information
The vehicle is a 1968 Eleanor Ford Mustang Coupe (Converted to) Fastback (Unregistered). The vehicle was originally a coupe but has now been converted to fastback, fully engineered. A recently completed build as a full replica of the Gone in 60 Seconds hero car – Eleanor. Fitted with a fully worked 302ci stroked Windsor V8. It is a Right-hand drive. The vehicle comes with a 302 Windsor motor specifically built for racetrack. It has a 5-speed manual gearbox. 9-inches has been shortened off the diff to accommodate the deep-dish Shelby chrome wheels. It comes with Disc brakes. It comes with Shelby centre console and a Shelby steering wheel fitted to a Retro rack power steering rack. It comes with Procar 1000 Shelby seats. It has Classic Instruments Gauges. It has TMI door trims finishes. The vehicle has Air conditioning. All the windows / glass is new.
It comes with All new interior including one piece headliner. It has a Kenwood stereo. It has a detailed undercarriage/floor. It has a Steel bonnet, steel boot lid and steel rear end. The body & interior is new. The only part of the vehicle which has not been refurbished to new is the engine, which is also in a very good & refurbished condition. It is noted that there are approximately 50,000 kilometres on the current engine. The valuer is not a motor mechanic or auto electrician but based on what I have seen and been told have assumed that all the electrics and mechanical workings are in perfect operational condition.
The 1968 Eleanor Mustang is currently unregistered and will be provided to the winner as an unregistered vehicle.
