1. Introduction
1.1 Classics’ Draws are trade promotions conducted by Classics For A Cause Pty Ltd 636 124 162 (‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’). The Prize Draws are conducted to promote the Classics’ Platform.
1.2 These Prize Draw Terms & Conditions apply to this Prize Draw.
1.3 Our General Terms & Conditions apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and definitions used in the General Terms & Conditions also apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.
1.4 For the purposes of these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Cash Alternative” means that cash amount in Australian dollars which is equal to 70% of the advertised value of the relevant prize won in the Prize Draw.
“Commencement Date” 19th October 2023
“Closing Date” 29th November 2023
“Draw Date” the day of the Closing Date.
“General Terms & Conditions” means the General Terms & Conditions for Prize Draws conducted by us which are available on our website.
“Platform Package” means, for this Prize Draw, the following:
- Bronze – which includes 1 entry into the Prize Draw
- Silver – which includes 4 entries into the Prize Draw
- Gold – which includes 12 entries into the Prize Draw
- Platinum – which includes 40 entries into the Prize Draw
- Diamond – which includes 100 entries into the Prize Draw
- Ultimate – which includes 300 entries into the Prize Draw
“Prize” means, for this Prize Draw, the following:
- 1st Prize: Two Ford Mustangs
- 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback Resto-Mod Coupe – valued at $300,000
- 2017 Ford Mustang Fastback GT 5.0 V8 – valued at $70,000
- Runner up Prizes – 100 x Gold Platform Packages – valued at $10,000 (total)
- Runner up Prizes – 150 x 1 Month Trial VIP Membership – valued at $3,750 (total)
“Prize Draw” means the prize draw being conducted from the Commencement Date until the Closing Date with the Prize being awarded on the Draw Date.
”Prize Draw Terms & Conditions” means, for this Prize Draw, this document.
1.5 These Prize Draw Terms & Conditions apply to all entries into the Prize Draw and we reserve the right to change the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, and the General Terms & Conditions, at any time without notice subject to relevant state/territory legislation approval by posting such changes on our website www.classicsforacause.com.au.
1.6 The laws of the relevant state/territories in which the Prize Draw is conducted apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions.
1.7 By entering into the Prize Draw you agree to abide by these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, the General Terms & Conditions and any amendments as posted to our website.
1.8 If any of these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions or the General Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the terms and conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.
2. Conditions of Entry
2.1 This Prize Draw will open at 12:01am AEST on the Commencement Date and close at 11:59pm AEST on the Closing Date.
2.2 A person wishing to enter the Prize Draw must purchase a Platform Package and correctly complete the details required at the time of purchase (“Entry Details”’) between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.
2.2 The person whose details are provided with the Entry Details will be the person to whom any prizes will be transferred and that is deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions.
3. Prize Draw and Transfer of Prizes
3.1 The Prize Draw will be conducted at 12:05pm AEST on the Draw Date. The prize will be drawn at 32 Wright Place, Algester QLD 4115; with the draw being broadcast via livestream on Classics’ Facebook & Instagram pages.
3.2 The winner(s) will be contacted within 2 business days by email or phone and will be published on our website and our social media pages.
3.3 The relevant Prize will be delivered to the winner(s) within 30 business dates of the Draw Date unless otherwise agreed between the winner(s) and us.
3.4 We will cover all delivery and on road costs relevant to the winner’s state or territory if in Australia however we will not cover insurance costs.
3.5 If you are a foreign resident and you are declared to be the winner you may be required to obtain relevant approvals from a relevant government authority in Australia before we can transfer the prize to you. If such approval is required, you must promptly apply to the relevant authority and obtain requisite approval within a reasonable time before the prize can be transferred to you. We may assist in this process but are not obligated to do so. You are responsible for the costs of any application and also for any costs associated with the acquisition of land by a foreign person, other than those costs set out in these Terms & Conditions. If approval is not obtained or not obtained within what we determine is a reasonable time, we will provide you with a Cash Alternative subject to compliance with relevant state or territory legislative requirements. We will notify you of timeframes or Cash Alternatives if this applies to you.
All winner(s) may elect to receive the Cash Alternative in lieu of the advertised prize.
3.7 The winner(s) agree to provide photographs or other media with any prize won in the Prize Draw as reasonably requested of them by us and also to permit us to film content of the entrant with the prize for reasonable promotional purposes.
3.8 The winner(s) agree not to make any defamatory or derogatory comments on any social media platforms or other public forum against us, the Platform, the Prize Draw, any prizes or anything incidental to the Platform or the Prize Draw.
3.9 If the prize is unclaimed for longer than the period of 90 days from the initial draw. We will conduct a redraw and a new winner will be announced 90 days after the initial draw is conducted. Any prizes requiring a re-draw will be conducted and published on our website, Facebook page and Instagram Page. Every effort will be made to contact the winner several times via email, phone calls and text, The redraw will be very unlikely to occur but in the circumstance that it does – it will occur at 32 Wright Place, Algester QLD 4115, at 12:00pm AEST on 27th February 2024.
4. Other Information
The vehicles are a unregistered 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback and a 2017 Ford Mustang Fastback GT and both will be delivered to the winner as unregistered vehicles.
