Members paying month to month; cancellation will occur at the end of the calendar month they cancel. For annual members, the cancellation will occur at the conclusion of the month, exactly 12 months after the initial annual payment occurred (e.g. If annual payment occurs in August 2021, effects of the cancellation will occur at the end of August 2022).
