Yes, if you cancel your membership and then rejoin later, the additional entries you accumulate as a member will reset. For example, if you were a member for 4 months, you would accumulate 4 entries per month into all active competitions. If you were to cancel your membership and then a few months later, you decided to rejoin the VIP Loyalty Rewards Club; your accumulative entries will reset to 1 entry per month, growing 1 additional entry per month, each month.
